Kiss & Tell Literary Salon Presents Sports Romance with Elise Faber, Brittany Arrreguin, and Lia Riley, moderated by Rebecca Hunter and Addie Woolridge - July 16, 2024, 6:30pm. Books Inc. Alameda, 1344 Park Street, Alameda, CA 94501

Brittany Arreguin is a Mixed-Chinese American romance author from Alameda, California. (No joke, she was literally born in Alameda Hospital.) An Events Coordinator during the day and avid reader and writer during her free time, Brittany loves to swoon over a good book. She lives (still in Alameda) with her husband and two cats: Princess Peach and Boo and released her debut novel, Waking Up in Vegas, a workplace romance with an Ocean’s 11 vibe in January. Her second novel, Match Game, a hockey gamer romance, was recently released in June and she is excited to continue writing books, specifically with characters who share her Mixed-Asian- American heritage.

USA Today bestselling author, Elise Faber, loves chocolate, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and hockey (the order depending on the day and how well her team—the Sharks!—are playing). She and her husband also play as much hockey as they can squeeze into their schedules, so much so that their typical date night is spent on the ice. Elise changes her hair color more often than some people change their socks, loves sparkly things, and is the mom to two exuberant boys. She lives in Northern California.

Lia Riley is a contemporary romance author. She loves wandering redwood forests, beach fog, procrastinating, and a perfect pour over coffee. She is 25% sarcastic, 54% optimistic, and 122% bad at math (good thing she writes happy endings for a living). She and her family live in Northern California.

You can also find her co-hosting the weekly Afternoona Delight Podcast, exploring the wonderful (and trope-filled) world of Korean Dramas through a writer’s lens.
